2. Nature of Service
Our services are digital and personalized. Work generally starts soon after payment and after receiving your event details.
3. Cancellation Before Work Starts
Cancellation requests made before any design or personalization work begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund after payment gateway charges and processing fees.
4. Cancellation After Work Starts
Once design or personalization work has started, refunds are generally not available because the service is custom-made.
5. Duplicate or Failed Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we will verify and process the eligible refund.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days. The final credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.
